Enjoyed our rooms with nice view. Booked the hotel for its good and fantastic location right by the markets and the main attractions. Also, Museum of Natural History was 2 km away.

The room was air conditioned and brand-new with balcony, optimum privacy, a concrete patio, the check-in was very quick.

Its rooms are reasonably large with a concrete patio, balcony and panoramic Windows as advertised. The hotel is in the central location to the Christmas markets.

I greatly enjoyed my room - big and updated with good view. My accommodation was set in a central location close enough to a bus stop to the centre of Salzburg and the airport, main train station, and the city centre. Plus, main attraction such as an open - air theatre was 1 km from this hotel.

The staff were all superfriendly and exceptionally nice. The hotel's location was marvellous and fantastic close to city center.

The location was marvellous and convenient, at a moderate distance from Mirabell Palace. Besides, we were close to the city centre, a bus stop to the centre of Salzburg and the airport and main train station.

Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. The rooms where updated and tidy with balcony as well as both from window, nothing to complain about.

The location is central, just off the train station and the river and the shopping areas. We would definitely come back, this hotel met the purpose.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with common balcony, the bed was comfortable. Amiable staff at reception desk, and the location was great and incredible.

I liked that the room was brand-new with good view, panoramic Windows, balcony. Had nice and fantastic location very close to the center, a minute walk from Kapuzinerberg. Have stayed here many times and can't wait to come back.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was nicely designed with very good wi-fi. The room was new-fashioned, attractive, clean bathroom. The location was incredible, the staff were incredibly nice! This venue was in a shopping area. The whole experience was excellent, nothing too much trouble, can't recommend highly enough.

As adventure travelers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who gave us great tips for nearby halal restaurants and tourism options.

Felt safe, no complaints at all.
